• Log into the RENWEB account
• Click on the Family Information tab
• Click on the Online Filing Cabinet, then click on Family Demographic Form
• Click on whichever custodial parent you wish to start with and be sure all information is filled in, especially
occupation.
• Scroll down and click Save to send the changes to HFHN.
• Repeat with the second parent.
• Updates will appear within a day or two (there’s an approval process on our end!)
